| 311 | Critical Other (specify below) Observation: Bacteriological samples are not being consistently submitted on a monthly basis as per the drinking water permit requirements. Moreover, samples are not being submitted prior to reopening a camp. The last time samples were submitted was in December 2016. Corrective Action: Ensure that water samples are consistently submitted bacteriological analysis every month and prior to opening the camp. Failure to do so violates the Public Health Act, Drinking Water Protection and Food Premises Regulations and could result in revocation of Water and Food permits, fines or closures. |
