| 313 | Critical Inadequate treatment Observation: Water system is on a “do not consume notice” due to exceedances in bacteria, arsenic and manganese. Corrective Action: A plan for system improvement is to be supplied to the EHO by March 01, 2017. This will be a report that emphasizes timelines for action, discusses potential granting opportunities, prioritizes system improvements, discusses treatment option selected, etc. A copy of this plan is to be provided to the EHO for review and acceptance. |
