A temporary solution was implemented - the outlet was capped and raised above ground level resting on a plastic crate. Manager explained that one of the dispensing points will not be used and be removed. A permanent solution to protect the water source and system from potential contamination, damages, or tampering is in progress. Corrective Action: Rectify the issue(s) and provide photos of the water dispensing point and its immediate surrounding by June 23, 2017. Should you have any questions or concerns, contact an EHO at 250 263 6000. |
