A temporary solution was implemented - the outlet was capped and raised above ground level resting on a plastic crate. Manager explained that one of the dispensing points will not be used and be removed. A permanent solution to protect the water source and system from potential contamination, damages, or tampering is in progress. Corrective Action: Rectify the issue(s) and provide photos of the water dispensing point and its immediate surrounding by June 23, 2017. 320 | Other (specify below) Observation: No operator has water training. Camp manager stated that staff will enrol in a training course on Small Water Systems recognized by Northern Health.
