Corrective Action: Obtain a construction permit from Northern Health public health engineer and install works capable of producing drinking water that meets the following quality: 4 log removal of viruses, 3 log removal of protozoan cysts, less than 1 NTU turbidity and 0 E. coli. Works to be completed as soon as possible, but no longer than 45 days from Sep 6, 2012. |
