Observation: It was observed that the "No Flow" and the "Ozone On" lights were both activated for the UV unit. Independent confirmation of ozonation at the time of inspection was not available.
Corrective Action: Repair or replace the ozonation unit as needed. An independent method of verification for the strength of ozonation is required. A water quality advisory notice to all users of the system is required in the meantime.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: Currently there is no chemical analysis from the previous 5 years that is on file.
Corrective Action: Ensure that a sample is submitted for chemical analysis or the results of a previous one in the last 5 years is submitted for review. Information on requirements will be forwarded by the Health Officer.

Observation: It was observed that the system lacks an up to date Emergency Response Plan for the water system.
Corrective Action: Complete and forward an Emergency Response Plan to the Health Officer for review. A guide and template will be provided by the Health Officer to aid with this.

Corrective Action: Appropriate training, such as the Small Water Systems course offered by Northern Health, or experience by the operators is required.
