Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
311  Critical Other (specify below)
Observation: Current rudimentary chlorination system cannot adequately disinfect the water to render it safe from viral, bacterial, and parasitic contamination. Chlorine system is also being shut off at night, allowing entry of undisinfected water into the distribution system.
Corrective Action: In response, the following measure is being taken: By May 16, 2011, you must shut the water system off such that no user has access to running water from any tap or other connection. The water system must remain closed until such time that an approved disinfection system is in operation which produces water meeting the provincial water quality objectives outlined in the August 24, 2010 letter, and written approval to operate the system after May 16, 2011 has been provided. Upgrade the electrical system as required to provide adequately disinfected water in the distribution system at all times.
318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: Bacteriological sampling: ensure samples are collected each month of operation, May to September inclusive, and importantly, that you submit samples prior to opening the water system for the season.
Corrective Action: (no corrective action)
