Observation: As a permit condition of operation, chemical sampling is required a minimum frequency of every 2 years, or sooner at the request of the Environmental Health Officer.
Corrective Action: Please submit two samples (one sample prior to treatment and one sample from the distribution system) to an accredited lab for chemical analysis by January 15, 2016.

Corrective Action: Please ensure a copy of the ERP is forwarded the Environmental Health Officer for review by January 15, 2016. The ERP should be available for all respondents.

Corrective Action: As outlined in Section 15 (b) water systems must submit an annual report to their users. Additionally Section 11 of the Drinking Water Protection Regulation (DWPR) stipulates that this report must be published within 6 months of the end of a calendar year.
