Observation: Water from this source is considered to be surface water and treatment is required.
Corrective Action: Two forms of treatment are required that meet the surface water treatment objectives supported by the Province and Northern Health.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: Chemical analysis on this source has not been completed since 2007. As per the Operating Permit a chemical sample is required a minimum frequency of every 5 years, or sooner at the request of the Environmental Health Officer.
Corrective Action: Submit a chemical sample (Northern Health Core chemical/physical). UVT and tannins and lignen testing is also required to provide information in regards to treatment options for this source.
