| 305 | Critical Microbiological Contamination of Raw Water Supply Due To Other Observation: Water samples have had total coliform results recently. The school has not turned their UV disinfection unit on this year because they were using bottled drinking water and they thought the Bell Mountain CWS Boil Water Notice applied to their school even with the UV turned on. Corrective Action: Clean the UV unit and clean or replace the filter as soon as possible. The school's water is considered potable when this system is backup and running. The remainder of the water system remains on Boil Water Notice. |
