319 | Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data Observation: Chemical analysis on this source has not been completed since 2007. As per the Operating Permit a chemical sample is required a minimum frequency of every 5 years, or sooner at the request of the Environmental Health Officer. Corrective Action: A water sample will be submitted for chemical analysis, to an accredited lab, by August 8, 2014. UVT was tested at time of inspection and will be conducted again. Testing for tannins and lignins should also be conducted if UV treatment is to be considered. |
