Observation: Water is hauled in by a water truck that is not permitted. The water truck fills water from a permitted facility Fort St. John muncipal water system and only delivers to the camp currently.
Corrective Action: Potable water must be provided by a permitted drinking water hauler.
318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: As per record, the last sample was submitted in 2012. This is a recurring violation.
Corrective Action: Water samples for microbiological testing must be submitted at least once a month. Please submit samples immediately.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: Chemical water testing is long over due.
Corrective Action: Please collect water at one of the dorm taps and submit to an accredited lab for chemical testing immediately. A list of chemical parameters to test for will be provided to you by Northern Health.

Corrective Action: Water operator must complete training course on Small Water Systems by November 15, 2016. Water operators must have adequate and certified training.
