| 307 | Critical Contamination of finished water - Resevoir Observation: Historical data associated with adverse water quality results has determined a need for treatment. Currently on Boil Water Notice. Corrective Action: Disinfection is to be established on this system by November of 2011. An improvement plan is to be in place by October 2011. Once treatment is in place then a sample (bacteriological) should be submitted to an accredited lab. Pending the results the boil water notice will then be removed. Reservoir is suspect concern. |
| 319 | Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data Observation: Chemical analysis data has not been submitted since 2005. Corrective Action: Chemical analysis data is required a minimum of every 5 years or at the request of an Environmental Health Officer. This sample is to be submitted to an accredited lab by September 2011. This sample will also be useful in determining required treatment. |
