| 319 | Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data Observation: Chemical analysis data is not available for water system. Chemical analysis of source is required every 5 years as per the operating permit. Corrective Action: This is a repeat occurance and was required to be completed in 2015. The following is to be completed immediately: 1. Provide record of chemical/physical analysis that meet Northern Health requirements (sample must have been taken in last 5 years) or 2. Collect and submit a sample to an accredited lab (Northern Health core chemical/physical analysis). These results are to be reported upon receipt. |
