| 313 | Inadequate treatment Observation: Water system is currently on a Boil Water Notice due to failure of the Reverse Osmosis treatment system. Pre-treatment, and RO unit are currently being by-passed and untreated water is being supplied to the distribution system. Corrective Action: Bottled water is being provided to residents for consumption. Water is safe to use for other household purposes. A portion of the RO membranes are in the process of being replaced. Further corrective actions required are outlined in the public BWN advisory. |
