| 307 | Critical Contamination of finished water - Resevoir Observation: Historical data associated with adverse water quality results has determined a need for treatment. Currently on Boil Water Notice Corrective Action: Disinfection is to be established on this system by November 2012. This is an extension from the previous inspection and will result in an order if a solution is not provided. An improvement plan is to be in place by October 2012. Once treatment is in place then a sample (bacteriological) should be submitted to an accredited lab. Pending the results the boil water notice will then be removed. Reservoir is suspect concern |
