Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
Code | Description / Observation / Corrective Action |
307 | Critical Contamination of finished water - Resevoir Observation: Reservoir continues to show signs of degradation and potential structural integrity issues. Water is seeping out and biological build up is apparent on the external walls of the reservoir. Bulkling appears to have increased over last 2-3 years. The well does not likely have the capacity to support water required by users if the reservoir was to fail. Corrective Action: An assessment of the storage reservoir to consider repair/replacement is neccessary. This should be the communities number one priority. |
319 | Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data Observation: Chemical sampling required a minimum of every 5 years as a condition of operation. Corrective Action: Submit chemistry analysis to an accredited lab for assessment immediately. This is a REPEAT occurance and will be required during the construction permit process. |
320 | Other (specify below) Observation: An up date emergency response plan has not been provided but is being created. This is a REPEAT occurance. Corrective Action: The emergency response plan is to be updated annually and provided to the EHO for review. This plan is to be posted and available for review at time of inspection. Suggest posting all documentation in the well house. This is to be completed by March 2018. This is a timeline extension. |
