Observation: The Operator/Water Supplier has not submitted a Water System Application or a Construction Permit for this water system even after it was requested by previous Environmental Health Officers.
Corrective Action: The Operator/Water Supplier must submit a Water System Application and an Application for Waterworks Construction Permit as required by the issued Order.
318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: Bacteriological water samples are not being submitted.
Corrective Action: Bacteriological water sampling is required a week before start-up and quarterly throughout the operating season.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: There is no recent record of chemical analysis performed on this Water System; last chemical test was conducted in 2005.
Corrective Action: Chemical analysis is required every 5 years. Operator/Water Supplier must conducted a chemical water analysis and forward the results to Northern Health.

Observation: An up-to-date Emergency Response and Contingency Plan has not been submitted for this Water System.
Corrective Action: An updated Emergency Response Plan should be maintained. Please submit an up-to-date Emergency Response and Contingency Plan to Northern Health.
