| 502 | Critical Improper Wastewater Collection/Disposal Observation: Ponding grey water at the effluent disposal field, misplaced chambers, woodchips around hoses carrying effluent covered by woodchips and pipes that appear to have been damaged and leaking observed during inspection. Corrective Action: Ensure that a Registered On-site Waste Water Practitioner (ROWP) or engineer assesses the condition of the disposal system, hoses that might be leaking are replaced and appropriate measures are taken and hoses that might be leaking are replaced. This must be completed by May 16, 2019. |
