A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

| 311 | Critical Other (specify below) Observation: May 9, 2017 sample results came back with unsatisfactory counts of total coliforms and E.coli (Kitchen - Estimated TC: 3 and E.coli: 2, Dishwashing/Shower sample was overgrown). In order to be considered safe for users to consume, water must be microbiologically safe and be free of indicator organisms, such as total coliforms and E.coli. Corrective Action: The Kitchen system was placed on a Boil Water Notice on May 11, 2017. This system is to be hooked up to a hauled water system as available treatment is not effective against the current water source. Hook up to the hauled water system as soon as possible and ensure lines are disinfected prior to hook-up to ensure no cross-contamination. Sample from the kitchen and dishwashing area once the hauled water has been hooked up. Boil water notice is to remain in place until the EHO gives direction to remove the boil water notice. |
