Observation: • Walkin cooler ambient temperature measured 7°C.
Corrective Action: • Potentially hazardous products must be maintained at 4°C or less. Move potentially hazardous products to working refrigerator. Repair - frost build up noted. Recommend providing a spare refrigerator for emergencies. (eg: stored at Smithers home base)
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: • No designated hand washing station in kitchen.
Corrective Action: • Install a desiganted hand washing station in addition to the 2 compartment sink before beginning of next planting season (2017).
