Observation: Rightmost cooler storing sandwiches, cheese, and pepperoni was observed to be 7C. Cooler unit was adjusted and the temperature was observed to be ~4.2C at the end of the inspection.
Corrective Action: Regularly monitor and record temperatures so you know when refrigeration units are not maintaining less than 4C and need to be adjusted and/or repaired.
