401  Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: A handwashing station in the dishwashing area and another handwashing station in the kitchen were blocked by equipment. (Public Health Significance) - inadequate handwashing facilities can lead to a reduction in employee handwashing and contamination of food by food handlers.
Corrective Action: Ensure that all handwashing stations in the facility are unobstructed and fully supplied with soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water at all times.
