| 502 | Critical Improper Wastewater Collection/Disposal Observation: Unauthorized disposal of (grey) wastewater to ground from water system and food facility sanitization sink. Wastewater enters a perforated 45 gallon drum underground, buried in gravel. Corrective Action: Disconnect "grey" wastewater line. All wastewater should be disposed in an approved system. This type of wastewater should be disposed into the approved Type 2 system. Contact your authorized person. |
