Observation: Internal temperature of coffee cream labelled "keep refrigerated" measured 24 degrees Celsius due to being held at room temperature for an extended period of time. Operator discarded product when informed.
Corrective Action: Ensure that all potentially hazardous foods including milk and coffee cream are stored at 4 degrees Celsius or lower.
209   Repeat Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: Unshielded non-shatter proof light bulb observed in the hot holding unit. Non-shatter proof light bulbs could shatter and contaminate food. Operator removed light bulb when informed.
Corrective Action: Ensure that only shatter proof or shielded light bulbs are used in good handling equipment and above food preparation and storage areas.
