Corrective Action: Ensure vermin-proof well cap is with a water tight seal around the well cap is installed to prevent contamination.

Observation: As a permit condition of operation, chemical sampling is required a minimum frequency of every 5 years, or sooner at the request of the Environmental Health Officer.
