Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description
306  Critical Chemical contamination of raw water
Observation: There is a direct pathway for highway and bridge run off to reach this shallow well on this property. highway run off could contain substances that could be injurious to human health. There were pathways carved by highway run off as it flows down the legally permitted drive way nearest the bridge that crosses the a creek on the south east area where the nazko highway crosses the creek just before this property.
Corrective Action: The contamination of the water on this property comes, when water runs off the bridge and highway and channels down the drive way directly to the well, as the driveway provides the path of least resistance for the Highway and bridge run off. There was an attempt at intercepting the road and bridge run off, but it was inadequate and poorly constructed and therefore cannot redirect the run off properly.
