Observation: Dishwasher was not spraying chemcial sanitizer
Corrective Action: The feed lines ways not properly connected to the chemical - this issue was corrected immediately.

Observation: Improper scoops were left in some containers / Meat slicer is cleaned but certain areas were missed.
Corrective Action: Do not store these inside the containers Improper scoops were removed and staff will use a new/clean scoop each time Meat slicer needs to recleaned and sanitize the meat slicer.
