302 | Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Chlorine for dishwasher was old and had lost potency so when diluted in the dishwasher the concentration was less than 10 ppm. Household bleach being used for now. Corrective Action: Ensure new chlorine is purchased and that the concentration is tested daily. |
