310  Critical Use of Unapproved Source
Observation: Based on previous inspection, water was hauled by an unapproved water hauling truck.
Corrective Action: Potable water must be provided by a permitted drinking water hauler. Discontinue to use an unapproved water hauling truck to provide water to the camp. The water truck must be permitted by Northern Health Public Health Protection in order to operate to ensure it is compliant with the Drinking Water Protection Act and Regulation. Please contact your district EHO if there are further questions.
318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: Bacteriological water sampling was not conducted in the past several months.
Corrective Action: As per Operating Permit, operator must maintain bacteriological water sampling at least once a month. This has been a repeated violation of inconsistent sampling conducted. Please start sampling for this month and going forward.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: Chemical water sampling of raw water source from main water well has been long over due.
Corrective Action: As per Operating Permit conditions, chemical sampling is to be conducted at least every 3 years. Please submit a raw water sample collected from the well water to an accredited lab to test for a list of chemical parameters that was provided to you.
