| 310 | Critical Use of Unapproved Source Observation: Based on previous inspection, water was hauled by an unapproved water hauling truck. Corrective Action: Potable water must be provided by a permitted drinking water hauler. Discontinue to use an unapproved water hauling truck to provide water to the camp. The water truck must be permitted by Northern Health Public Health Protection in order to operate to ensure it is compliant with the Drinking Water Protection Act and Regulation. Please contact your district EHO if there are further questions. |

Corrective Action: As per Operating Permit, operator must maintain bacteriological water sampling at least once a month. This has been a repeated violation of inconsistent sampling conducted. Please start sampling for this month and going forward. |
