Observation: Three "GFS Light Tuna Chunk 1.88kg" cans in dry storage area found significantly dented.
Corrective Action: Dents may have compromised the seal. Products discarded at time of inspection.

Observation: Raw chicken stored near uncovered croissants in walk-in cooler unti nearest to food preparation area. Walk-in cooler near kitchen entrance requires organization.
Corrective Action: Organize similar products together, such as dairy, produce, ready-to-eat meats. Please ensure raw meat, poultry and fish are stored below ready-to-eat foods. Raw meat, poultry and fish should be stored in the following top-to-bottom order in the refrigerator: whole fish, whole cuts of beef and pork, ground meats and fish, and whole/ground poultry. Please ensure all foods stored in walk-in cooler units are properly covered.
