Observation: The spray bottles for cleaners and sanitizers were not properly labelled.
Corrective Action: All cleaning chemical containers must be either original with all safety and functional data or properly labelled to protect food from contamination and to ensure proper use of the cleaning chemicals.

Observation: The shelving unit beside the dishwashing area Has a shelf that is too low.
Corrective Action: This shelf must be raised to at least 6 inches or 15 cm. off of the floor, to facilitate easy cleaning and eliminate a possible harbourage for Pests.
