Observation: Soap not present at hand washing sink.
Corrective Action: Ensure soap, hot and cold running water as well as paper towel are always present at the hand sink. Corrected during inspection.

Observation: Lid of flour container cracked.
Corrective Action: Discard this and replace.
112   Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: Women's washroom has bar soap. Bar soap is not allowed to be used for hand washing. Soap should be from a dispenser. Soap should be single use. Contaminated bar soap has been implicated for causing diseases by transmitting diseases to people tend not to use the soap this is defeating the purpose of having the soap.
Corrective Action: (no corrective action)

Observation: Dead mice found in the back of the kitchen. Mouse droppings found in the storage area. Clean up all the dropping and the deal mouse.
Corrective Action: Ensure the pest control is in place. Consider utilizing the service of pest control professional contractor. Have traps in place in kitchen. storage and out side.
