Observation: Freezer in Dining room measured at -6 degrees Celsius, should be -18 degrees Celsius. -Freezer #4 door must be fixed to allow easy access in and out and some freezers need defrosing and new shelves.
Corrective Action: All fridges and freezers should be equipped with thermometers.
