Observation: Cans are stored on the floor. In the Butcher Shop cooler store all food of the floor 6 to 8 inches.

Observation: All shelving units must be 6 to 8 inches off the floor to aid in cleaning. Other storage units need to be sealed to the floor.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Better cleaning required on the cooler doors.
