The water truck fills water from a permitted facility Fort St. John muncipal water system and only delivers to the camp currently. Corrective Action: Potable water must be provided by a permitted drinking water hauler. |
318 | Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data Observation: As per record, the last sample was submitted in 2012. This is a recurring violation. Corrective Action: Water samples for microbiological testing must be submitted at least once a month. Please submit samples immediately. |
319 | Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data Observation: Chemical water testing is long over due. Corrective Action: Please collect water at one of the dorm taps and submit to an accredited lab for chemical testing immediately. A list of chemical parameters to test for will be provided to you by Northern Health. |
