Observation: Observed pineapples stored in its original metal container.
Corrective Action: All canned foods must be transferred out of their original containers as chemicals may leach out of the metal and contaminate the food product once oxygen has been introduced.

Observation: Observed foods stored in single-use margarine containers.
Corrective Action: Margarine containers are single use only and should not be used to store other foods. These containers are not meant to be washed and sanitized repeatedly and will break down over time making it harder to sanitize effectively. Storing foods in these containers, other than what was originally intended, may cause the release of harmful chemicals. * Ensure all foods are stored in food grade containers.

Observation: Observed eggs stored at room temperature (20°C)
Corrective Action: Eggs are potentially hazardous and must be stored at 4°C or colder at all times to prevent food borne illness such as salmonella. *Ensure eggs are transferred to the cooler immediately. If eggs are observed at room temperature during future inspections, eggs will be discarded.

Observation: Foods in the dry goods storage area and baking room were observed uncovered and on the floor.
Corrective Action: Ensure all dry foods are securely covered and stored in food grade containers to avoid potential contamination for pests. Ensure all foods are stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Observation: Light coverings were missing in the baking room and stand-up cooler beside dish pit.
Corrective Action: Ensure light coverings are replaced as soon as possible to avoid potential physical contamination.
