| 502 | Critical Improper Wastewater Collection/Disposal Observation: Sewage sump close to overflowing due to recent rain. Showers have floors of wooden pallets with rubber matting. This doesn't meet the "smooth, easily cleanable floors and walls" requirement. Corrective Action: Have sewage sump pumped out and disposed of in an approved sewage system frequently enough to ensure it doesn't overflow. Create ditches to direct waste water from showers to sump for collection. Ensure frequent sanitizing of rubber mats and changing of pallets. |
