| 509 | Critical Other critical Observation: Signs of mould visible on the ceiling. Corrective Action: Ensure this is remediated by January 15th, 2012. Please do not store any food or food containers here until the place is in good repair. |
| 509 | Critical Other critical Observation: Hallway of rooms smells like smoke (tobacco). Smoking is not allowed inside buildings. Corrective Action: Ensure tenants or crew does not smoke inside the building. |
| 511 | Improper Construction/Maintenance Of Establishment Observation: No boot bays in place in rooms. Instead there are paper board trays for boots. This can make the carpet wet and help in growing of mould. Corrective Action: Waterproof trays are the best to prevent any mould growth from repeat ingression of water into carpet and wooden floors. |
