Observation: Signs of mould visible on the ceiling.
Corrective Action: Ensure this is remediated by January 15th, 2012. Please do not store any food or food containers here until the place is in good repair.

Observation: Hallway of rooms smells like smoke (tobacco). Smoking is not allowed inside buildings.
Corrective Action: Ensure tenants or crew does not smoke inside the building.
511   Improper Construction/Maintenance Of Establishment
Observation: No boot bays in place in rooms. Instead there are paper board trays for boots. This can make the carpet wet and help in growing of mould.
Corrective Action: Waterproof trays are the best to prevent any mould growth from repeat ingression of water into carpet and wooden floors.
513   Inadequate Vermin/Insect Control
Observation: Back door behind dryer/washers. A huge gap is seen under the door. This can allow pests entry. This is a repeat violation. This was notified in August 2011 and this was to be repaired by September 2011.
Corrective Action: Ensure this is done immediately.
517   Other non-critical
Observation: No "Do Not Drink Water" signs in place. This was asked to be done in August 2011 since the water is non-potable.
Corrective Action: Ensure signs are put in place.
