Observation: Chicken wings in the cooler were left uncovered and open to contamination. (Public Health significance) - Contamination of uncovered food can lead to serious illness.
Corrective Action: Cover and protect all foods from contamination.
301  Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Unused flat top grill had garbage sitting in waste collection compartment.
Corrective Action: Remove garbage and do not use the compartment for waste collection when the flat top grill is not in use.
