| 502 | Critical Improper Wastewater Collection/Disposal Observation: There was extensive offensive odour around the two waste water collection tanks and saw dust observed sprinkled around the hoses that extend towards the treatment bed. Manager could not tell as to why saw dust was applied. However, it appears that sewage might be leaking from a ruptured hose. Corrective Action: Ensure that the offensive odour is controlled and any ruptured hoses are repaired. |
| 511 | Improper Construction/Maintenance Of Establishment Observation: leaking roof observed dripping water into room# C-21 and the room was occupied. A bucket was placed to collected water manager mentioned that resident was offered to move into another room, but declined the offer. Corrective Action: Ensure that the room is vacated and roof is repaired as required. |
