Observation: Two buckets of sanitizer solution at the main service line had no detectable sanitizer residual.
Corrective Action: Issue was addressed during the inspection.
306   Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Dust build up noted in the centre storage cooler's grates covering cooling units.
Corrective Action: Dust is to be removed carefully to avoid contamination of food items in the cooler.
