318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: Bacteriological water sample has been been submitted for this month, however sampling has not be conducted regularly.
Corrective Action: Ensure to sample water for bacteriological testing at least once a month going forward.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: Last water chemical analysis was done in August 2010. Chemical water sampling is to be conducted at least every 3 years.
Corrective Action: Collect a raw water sample at the well head or a point prior to treatment and submit for chemical testing. A list of chemical parameters for testing will be provided to you. Collect a treated water sample at the kitchen tap and submit for chemical testing and test for the chemical parameters that the treatment plant is designed to treat. Submit the test results to Northern Health, your district EHO by June 16, 2017.
