Observation: Quat-based spray sanitizer was less than 200 ppm.
Corrective Action: Foodhandler adjusted the concentration and replenished with new solution. Sanitizer was detected above 200 ppm. Ensure sanitizer concentration acheives adequate sanitizing level as per manufacturer's instructions to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observation: In walk-in freezer unit, water-filled ice wands were stored directly on the shelving rack.
Corrective Action: Foodhandler removed the wands for cleaning. As a food contact surface, ice wands that are ready to be used must be stored in a manner to be protected from contamination.
