Observation: Raw proteinaceous foods (trays of eggs and box of bacon) stored on top of ready-to-eat products, produces, and etc.
Corrective Action: Ensure raw proteinaceous foods are stored at the bottom shelves to prevent contamination of ready-to-eat products.
302  Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: The slicer was not cleaned after it was used in the morning.
Corrective Action: Ensure to clean and sanitize the slicer after each usage. Please clean the slicer before the dinner rush.
