Observation: Lids of cisterns observed propped open. This could lead to contamination of water.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the lids cisterns are properly closed to prevent potential contamination. This must be completed by Nov. 4th, 2019.

Observation: Chlorine residual is not being monitored and documented.
Corrective Action: Ensure that chlorine residual of 0.2 PPM is maintained and testing results are documented. This must be initiated by Nov. 4th, 2019.

Corrective Action: Ensure that water sample is taken directly from the well and submitted for chemical analysis through a private laboratory.
