Observation: No cover for light fixture in food prep area in lower floor prep kitchen (Public Health Significance). Potential physical contamination of broken glass if light is shattered which occurs more commonly when the other end of a floor mop contacts bulb and with low ceilings.
Corrective Action: By 2 weeks time please follow the following corrective actions: Install light cover. Fluorescent light sleeves are an acceptable solution. Send photo to email@example.com or phone to request an appointment for follow up of the completed works for review.
