108Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observation: One quats sanitizer spray measured above 400 ppm whis is not food-grade. Another quats sanitizer spray measured 0 ppm. This will not kill pathogens and sanitize surfaces.
Corrective Action: Both sanitizer sprays were refilled during the inspection and correctly measured 200 ppm. The sanitizer dispensor was also measured during the inspection and measured 200 ppm

Observation: No hot water was present at the bar handsink. Hot water must be present for workers to properly wash their hands. Staff stated that a plumber will be fixing the sink soon.
Corrective Action: Have the sink fixed as soon as possible so that hot water is present
