Observation: Sanitizer bucket-No bleach detected. Some using cloths are left on the table please ensure proper concentration of bleach (100 ppm) in the bucket and have all the cloths soaked in the sanitizer when not in use. This is a good practice to keep cloths from being contaminated and consequently contaminate food contact surfaces
Corrective Action: Action was corrected on site. Bleach concentration-100 ppm.
