All potentially hazardous foods that were stored in this cooler have been moved to a working refrigeration unit. The display cooler is now only used to hold items that are used immediately. Corrective Action: Discard any potentially hazardous foods that have been subject to temperatures above 4°C for longer than 2 hours. Continue to monitor and log temperatures regularly. Have the unit repaired or replaced as necessary to provide a temperature of 4°C or lower at all times. |
