301Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Unidentifiable debris found in ice machine. All equipment must be maintained in sanitary condition to prevent the contamination of food or drinks.
Corrective Action: Immediately stop use of ice machine and discard any remaining ice. Clean and sanitize the machine before resuming use. Provide a photo of the empty sanitized machine to the Environmental Health Officer before the kitchen is used for food preparation.
